That Was a Blast!!

What can I say about last night?  I guess that I should start with what we did. :)  Last night me, Hank, Hattie, Daddy, and Mumsy all got to go to the movies!  (we don't go a lot since the closest one is about on hour and a half away)  But that is not all that was cool about our movie experience, oh no, not at all!  We were not going to just see any old movie!!  We got to see the Lord of the Rings The Return of the King EXTENDED EDITION!!!!!!!  Since I was too young to see them when they first came out this was a REALLY cool experience!!  I saw details that I had never seen before and got more into certain parts than I had ever been!  I actually got chills in many parts of the movie!  Me getting chills while watching The Lord of the Rings is not that unusual but these were more of a head to toe chills which I normally get them just on my legs or just on my arms.  Where was I?  Oh yes, Hattie wrote something about it too, but hers sounds better than mine.  That is an older sister for you!  Haha.  And I will bring this post to a close but I could not resist posting this without some pictures from the movie.  Unfortunately, Hattie did not bring her camera in so I do not have any pictures of us there, but rest assured that we had a blast! =)  And one more thing.  I discovered that Faramir is even better when he is blown up onto a large screen!  What is better than a Faramir on TV?  A Farimar on a really big TV!  Haha!

I have to comment on Samwise.  He has got to be the coolest person in the movie.  If I had to pick a role model from a movie it would be Sam.  He is so faithful and encouraging, always giving up what he wants for other people.  I better stop there before I start in on a sermon on Samwise.  ;)

And I just have one thing to say about this guy, I think that he had a very just and deserved death.  ;)

The Blog Name

I do not think that I have ever told you where I got the name for this blog.  Mr. Faril and Mrs. Nina are two of the most wonderful family friends, they might as well be my grandma and grandpa.  Mr. Faril writes many songs and can play lots of different instruments.  And "Enjoy What You're Doing Today" is one of his wonderful songs that he wrote.  And I do not want to forget Mrs. Nina, she is the most amazing and Godly women ever.  It is an honer just to know them.  How did we get to know them you ask?  Many, many, many,  ; )  years ago Mr. Faril was my mom's chemistry teacher in college.  And they have been friend ever since.

                                       We love you Mr. Faril and Mrs. Nina!!



p.s.  Mr. Faril is not feeling well.  I would ask if everone would please pray for him and Mrs. Nina.

The Fourth Pirates of the Caribbean!

I think that I was hooting the entire movie.  I want to say thanks to my amazing Mumsy for taking us to see it and for taking us to dinner too.  ;)  I had a blast!!
